Rentiq -Property Rental Platform

The Problem

Traditional rental platforms overwhelm users with countless listings and lack personalized guidance. Users struggle with filters alone and miss ideal properties. Challenge was creating conversational AI interface with reliable booking system preventing double bookings.

The Solution

Built full-stack platform using React with TypeScript and MongoDB. Integrated Gemini AI chatbot for natural language property recommendations based on user preferences, budget, and travel dates. Implemented booking system with date validation and availability checking. Created custom UI with Tailwind CSS and integrated Cloudinary for optimized image delivery.
